Patty Florence (Mike) George, age 94 of Ely, Nevada passed away in the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah on November 1, 2017.
Patty was born Oct 10, 1923 in Round Moutain, Nevada to Alex Mike and Sophie Andrews.
Patty is survived by her three sons; Bennie Reilley (Geraldine) of Ely, Garland George of Ely and Merle George of Oregon, four daughters; JoAnn Pete (Robert) of Ibapah, Phyllis George of Ely, Barbara Caldwell (Greg) of McGill, Nevada and Marlene Stanley (Jim) of Richland, Washington.
Patty has 23 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren. One, brother; Steven Mike (Florence) of Duckwater, three sisters; Marie Mike of Ely, Louise Epaloose of Zuni, New Mexico and Delphine Ford of Las Vegas, Nevada and many nieces and nephews.
Patty is preceded in death by her husband, Jack George, sons; James Reilley and Roger George, two granddaughters; Patty Ann Reilley and Cindy McQueen, two grandsons; Budge (Sonny) Stanton and Chadwick Clay Hendrix; six brothers; Red Mike, Moccasin Mike, Johnny Mike, Billy Mike, Gene Mike and Cleveland Mike; five sisters; Lillian Beads Jeff, Pauline Mike, Ruth Rosse, Ida Smith and Ada Pressy.
Services for viewing were held Sunday, November 5, 2017 at the Mountain Vista Chapel in Ely, Nevada from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Funeral services were Monday November 6, 2017 at 1:00 p.m in the Lund, Nevada LDS Church with a luncheon after graveside services and burial in the Lund cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Bennie Reilley, Jr, Garland Lee, Jack Hendrix, Craig Stanley, John McKenzie, Jeremy McKenzie, Tommy Pete and Marty Pete.
Honorary pallbearers were: Bennie Reilley Sr., Garland George, Merle George, Steven Mike, Jim Stanley, Robert Pete, Rosco Pete, Doug George, Jr., Cobey Freeman, Kenny Mike, Jayrron Brown and Tommy Tolbert.
Patty was a loving mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed.
