Truly K. Dolfin, 85, passed away March 28, 2023 in Ely, Nevada.
Truly was born in her family home in McGill on December 15, 1937 to John and Bessie Kulias. Welcoming her arrival was Truly’s older brother of one year Andrew (Andy) Kulias.

While in High School, Truly worked as an usher at the McGill Theatre. After graduating White Pine High School, Truly married Frank Dolfin on June 2, 1957. She was thenemployed at Kennecott Copper. Truly was a member of St. Barbara’s Greek Orthodox Church in McGill, Nevada. She enjoyed making all kinds of Greek pastries and dishes especially when her family was all together. Truly loved fishing, collecting old bottles, pine nut hunting, camping and most especially beating Frank at Yahtzee.
Truly was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, her parents and her brother. Truly is survived by her three children: Dianna (Don) Callaway, Jacki (Ferrel) Hansen and Mike (Luana) Dolfin. Numerous grandchildren including Josh, Daniel, Timothy, Rebecca, Brent Andrew, Jessica, Sean, Nicci, Mikey, Marissa, Honey, Jeremy, Steven and Angel.
Great grandchildren include Camden, Emma, Colson, Evelyn, Taryn, Payton, Rylie, Faith, Grace, Maithia, Casey, Tyler, Nate, Asia, Brandon, Brooklynn Amber, Robert, Summer, Andrew, Garrett, Montana, Macie, Gabby, Kade, Kobe, Brooklynn, Reed, Addy, Lyla and Frank – 30 Great Grandchildren. 2 Great Great Grandchildren, Cohen and Colbi.
Pallbearers and Honorary Pallbearers include Mike Dolfin, Ferrel Hansen and Don Callaway; Gracian R. Uhalde, BrentAndrew Johnson, Sean Hansen, Joshua Callaway, DanielCallaway and Timothy Callaway, Mikey Dolfin, Matt Murphy,Kevin Strozzi, Jeremy Bunker and Steven Northern.
A funeral was scheduled for Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 10am with Father Florin Ristache officiating from St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Las Vegas. The funeral will be held at the Mountain Vista Chapel in Ely, followed by the burial at the Ely City Cemetery.
